Giving Back to Community

Giving back to community is important for all of EXIT Southeast and you’ll big and small efforts being made daily. Regional Owners Kenny Lynn and Stacy Strobl founded the EXIT Southeast Smart Car Race to support Autism Tennessee and Feed America First.

In 2019, EXIT Southeast was the only real estate company in the nation supporting the Carter Work project in its 36th year with former president Jimmy Carter and wife, Rosalyn. This represented the couple’s last build with 21 homes built in Nashville which was a huge honor and privilege. Our corporate support and relationship began in 2004 and will continue on into the future with a portion of transaction fee benefiting this worthy organization.

At the end of 2022, EXIT Southeast spearheaded the support of Climb for Kids on the Appalachian Trail, completed by EXIT Southeast volunteers from five states, in conjunction with The Home Loan Expert Ryan Kelley and the nonprofit, Keep Climbing Foundation. Supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the fight against childhood cancers, 100% of the donations supported this worthy cause.
