Zonda Unveils Completely Virtual Concept Home to the Public

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (PRWEB) May 24, 2023 - Zonda today unveiled the 2024 Virtual Concept Home by Livabl, an exceptional and thoughtfully designed home that hinges on flexibility and meeting the needs of both homeowners and home builders in any region. Dubbed 'the home that grows with you' the Concept Home was created by some of the best and brightest minds in the home building industry utilizing Zonda Virtuals suite of tools to create virtual floor plans, 3D renderings, and a virtual reality walkthrough.

This collaborative and innovative effort brought together leading homebuilders, architects, and designers to create a flexible and inspiring virtual home, said Jeff Meyers, CEO of Zonda. This isnt a futuristic over-the-top home, this is a home for todays consumers taking into consideration the changes of the past few years and how people live in and use their homes now.

The home is roughly 2,300 square feet and can be larger or smaller depending on the buyers preferencewith floor plan options catering towards empty-nesters or multigenerational families, and a variety of options within each plan. The home also provides several elegant design package options that showcase the latest in sustainability and environmental efficiency.

The 2024 Virtual Concept Home by Livabl was created in partnership with Bassenian | Lagoni architects, CDC Designs, SMP Environmental landscape designs, Schweitzer & Associates; leading builders Shea Homes, Mattamy Homes, New Home Co., Thrive Home Builders, and Davidson Communities; sponsors JELD-WEN, the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC), Trex, Schneider Electric, James Hardie, and Kohler. The project is powered by Zonda Virtual and utilizes the Livabl listings platform. The plans will be available for sale through Zonda House Plans.

The home was shared privately at the Builder 100 conference earlier this month, and publicly revealed at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) today in Anaheim, Calif. Attendees can experience a virtual reality tour at the Livabl booth (#403) and see a live demo and hear about the exciting process from our partners during presentations at the Zonda innovation stage on the second floor at 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on both May 24 and 25.
