Urban Group Real Estate brokers sale of $14 Million portfolio

SAN FRANCISCO (PRWEB) July 19, 2021 - Urban Group Real Estate, San Franciscos leading commercial real estate company, announced the sale of 1325 Valencia Street, in the heart of the Mission District. The buyer and seller were represented by Guy Carson and Louis Cornejo of Urban Group Real Estate. This portfolio is comprised of the historic building formerly known as the Bethel Christian Church, an elegantly designed Scandinavian Stave church, plus a three-story learning center and two separate parking lots.

The buyer, Reality Church of San Francisco, was founded in San Francisco eleven years ago and led by Pastors Dave Lomas and Tarik El-Ansary.
