Title Alliance, LTD Launches Leadership Academy Summer 2022

Title Alliance is excited to announce the launch of their newest program designed to continually develop their teams, the "Title Alliance Leadership Academy."

MEDIA, Pa. (PRWEB) July 14, 2022 - The Title Alliance culture actively encourages personal and professional growth. As such, Title Alliance is excited to announce their newest program designed to continually develop their teams, the Title Alliance Leadership Academy. This program will be offered annually to develop leaders of all levels within the organization and will focus on developing personal and professional skillsets that will strengthen the organization while providing opportunities for the team members to have focused opportunities to become better and stronger leaders. The program will launch in August 2022 with its inaugural class.

Over the last several months, Title Alliance has been working to truly empower leaders within the organization to make decisions. Providing a safe environment for their leaders to learn how to lead is one step towards Title Alliance becoming one of the Top 100 Places to work. The goal is to help team members enhance their personal leadership through focused growth and training.

Annually, there will be a call for nominations from the existing leadership teams. All nominees will then have the opportunity to accept the nomination by completing an application for the program. Nominees may also opt out by not formally applying for acceptance into the program. All applications will be reviewed by a committee consisting of two Title Alliance Executive Leaders as well as two external Leaders.

The program itself will consist of group sessions and individual development, including self-study, group activities and a leadership project. The program culminates yearly with a May graduation celebration.

This program is designed for current leaders; future leaders and emerging leaders who have the desire to work on their leadership skills for current and future roles at TA and in the community. In order to be eligible for nomination, candidates must have a minimum of 15 months of service within the Title Alliance organization or be presently holding a leadership role within the Title Alliance organization at the time of nomination. Class sizes will be limited, and nomination and application dont guarantee program acceptance.

This program will be offered under the guidance of Chief Strategy Officer, Lindsay Smith, with special sessions hosted by external coaches and mentors.

Smith has this to say about the program, Early in my leadership career, I had a mentor who believed in me and helped shape my own leadership journey and path. This program is born out of my desire to provide the same opportunity to others. Smith continues, The learning that came to me through conversation and collaboration, has set me up for success and my ultimate desire is to give others the path to have success in their own leadership journeys, wherever they may lead.

This program joins in with other Title Alliance programs focusing on personal and professional development. In 2016, Title Alliance introduced Amplify, an annual event where team members from across the country gather to learn from and interact with experts on a myriad of leadership development topics. In 2021, Title Alliance partnered with Rami F. Odeh, the founder of FormWell Personal Fitness Training, a personal training company to help our teams with their fitness and nutritional goals through coaching. In 2022, Title Alliance partnered with Dr. Jamie Hope, an Attending Physician specializing in Emergency Medicine at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, MI who has a passion for teaching people how to build healthy habits through a series of courses focused on stress mitigation, sleep and other topics to help teams perform at their best.

Nomination forms for Title Alliance Academy are now available and all nominations are due by July 22, 2022.
