T3 Sixty Promotes Clint Skutchan and Jonathan Peterson to Senior Vice President

LADERA RANCH, Calif. (PRWEB) July 20, 2021 - T3 Sixty, a real estate management consulting and analytics firm, announces the promotion of Clint Skutchan to senior vice president of organized real estate and Jonathan Peterson to senior vice president of brokerage technologies.

Skutchan joined T3 Sixty in March 2018 as vice president of organized real estate, and has worked on nearly 90 projects worth over $1 million in revenue. In this role, he has worked with three of the nations largest MLSs to develop expansion plans, conducted strategic planning for Texas Realtors, helped the nations third largest MLS, Steller MLS, develop an innovation project, and helped facilitate the MLS thought leadership group, MLS Roundtable. Before joining T3 Sixty, Skutchan served as CEO of the Fort Collins (Colorado) Board of Realtors for nearly a decade.

Peterson joined T3 Sixty in March 2020 as vice president of brokerage technology. In his time at T3 Sixty, he consulted with over 55 tech companies and has helped brokers refine their technology stacks, including Compass and numerous independent brokers. A specialist in broker operational systems including accounting, transaction management, compliance and e-signature, Peterson previously served for over a decade in sales with Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies.
