KENT, Ohio (PRWEB) July 29, 2021 - SprayWorks Equipment is thrilled to announce the capability of fabrication within its new facility. Earlier this year, SprayWorks moved to a new facility which increased the building size by almost 20,000 sq ft. With recent wide-spread material shortages and inflation, bringing fabrication in-house was pivotal to faster turnaround times and decreasing production costs.

The product most impacted by this change was the Spraybot, an automated plural component applicator for spray foam and polyurea. Fabrication equipment used to develop the Spraybot includes; shears, press brake, milling machines, and metal band saws. As part of the move, SprayWorks brought on Jesse Anstine who has nearly 20 years of experience with automation for spray applied materials.

This has been a great achievement for SprayWorks, we now have the ability to design and fabricate automated systems all under one roof. With that ability, comes rapid research and development. When our customers consider buying a Spraybot, its a big decision. Our goal is to make that choice easier by providing a faster return on investment, reduce the learning curve for applicators and increasing the robots versatility. If one of our customers is bidding a job, we want our automation to be that critical advantage over the competition, says Jeremy Davidson, Head of Production.
