CHICAGO (PRWEB) August 02, 2021 - This year, communities from around the world will be able to submit new construction and renovation projects in 14 categories, including three new categories: Behavioral Health, CCRC/LPC Lite, and Small Footprint.
The 2021 SHN Architecture & Design Awards is a celebration of the greatest innovations in senior living architecture, design and development from around the world, said George Yedinak, founder of Senior Housing News. As we prepare for its eighth year, we are excited to bring our global audience even more best-in-class ideas driving the future of senior living design.
Submissions are open until October 31, 2021. Winners will be announced in December 2021.
A panel of industry experts with backgrounds in development, architecture and interior design will judge the projects, evaluating entries based on design and aesthetic criteria. Not only will judges analyze design elements such as color, light and landscape architecture, but they will also consider community functionality by analyzing key features that are critical to each property type.
