Savvy + Co. Real Estate Introduces the Indigo Home Team

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (PRWEB) October 31, 2021 - Savvy + Co. Real Estate agents Jennifer Monroe and Noah Spencer have joined forces to create the Indigo Home Group. Indigo Home will use years of combined creative and design experience to provide buyers, sellers and builder clients with aesthetic guidance and advice.

The Indigo Home Group was formed because Noah and Jennifer realized while working on opposite sides of transactions they had similar ethics, communication styles and worked well together.

As we continued to interact with each other over the past year, we began to see the potential for a dynamic partnership, said Noah. We knew our similarities would allow us to offer more to our buyer, seller and builder clients alike.

We tap into the emotional aspects of choosing a place to put down roots, said Jennifer. Whether this starts with designing the architectural drawings for our builders, finishing out custom homes, or assisting our sellers in prepping/upgrading their home to achieve the best sale price possible, we are there in every project from start to finish.

When deciding on a team name, Noah and Jennifer both realized their connections to the color blue.

To us, blue not only represents the city of Charlotte and the Carolinas but also our personalities and sense of style, said Noah. We feel that Indigo promotes the true energy of our business and highlights the balance (or feng shui) of our partnership.

No two homes are alike. Indigo Home started to implement a new transformative methodology that guides builders and homeowners to a new way of homeownership: a design-driven, emotionally appealing process that turns ones dream home into a reality.

People are at the core of everything that we do, Noah said. We created Indigo Home to offer more support, guidance and creativity to the Charlotte community than we could have ever offered individually. As Indigo Home evolves, we will also grow the levels of service that we provide to our clients, investors and builders based on trends of the Charlotte market and our creative visions.

Jennifer, known for her background in residential home construction, will focus on architectural design aspects, including renovation and redesigns, in addition to helping her buyer and seller clients. Noah, known as a natural connector, will use his personality and razor-sharp focus to find his clients the perfect home. As a team, they will work in tandem and be a part of every aspect of projects and transactions.

The Indigo Home Group is a collaborative team that strives to make a typically stressful home buying or selling experience fun and enjoyable.
