CARMEL, Ind. (PRWEB) July 11, 2023 - The BAM Companies, an institutional real estate owner/operator based in the midwest, announced the relocation of its Headquarters to Carmel, Indiana.

After several consecutive years of award-winning growth, The BAM Companies began its search for a new headquarters that would accommodate its rapid expansion while still aiming to remain geographically centralized.

The corporate office team has nearly quadrupled in the last three years, and company President & COO, Adam Ehret, wanted to design an employee-focused campus with creative amenities and easy access for the staff. Our people have always been the number one priority at The BAM Companies, said Ehret. We spent a lot of time collecting team feedback and ideas, and we invested in a space that would foster collaboration and innovation. This new location will be our home for the foreseeable future, and we spared no expense in creating an environment where people truly enjoy coming to work every day.

The new headquarters boasts over 16,000 SF of completely renovated office space with ample onsite parking, an employee fitness center and locker rooms, a state-of-the-art training facility, multiple conference and huddle rooms, a fully functional kitchen, and a robust employee lounge. The BAM Companies was represented in the transaction by Joel Miller and Bill Ehret, of Avison Young. Capitol Construction was the general contractor, and Relocation Strategies provided space planning services to help bring the companys vision to life.
