CHARLOTTE, N.C. (PRWEB) September 14, 2021 - At the beginning of the year, RAM Pavement decided to make some improvements to their physical landscape at their Hebron St. Charlotte, NC location, creating a more efficient environment for its workforce and a better experience for its customers. The project is seen as the beginning for even greater things to come.
The site redevelopment is something that will last a long time and add tremendous value to the property. It was a very large endeavor both financially and physically. Management at RAM knew it needed to be done in order to be more organized, streamlined and to provide a better work space for our team members and clients. - Rob Miller, President of RAM Pavement.
Planning for the massive project took about two years but construction concluded in July of this year. It took RAM six months to complete the project which commenced in January. Because the daily operation at RAM had to continue, the project was divided into three phases. The phased work allowed RAM to operate efficiently while massive work was being undertaken.
To undertake such a project meant a lot of technical expertise played an important part in the feasibility stages of the project. It took a collaborative effort from everyone and especially vendors to ensure the success of the project.
We had to install an underground detention system in the lower lot and of course, curb and gutter throughout the rest of the property. This involved a lot of pipe work and it took a lot of resources but we were able to get it done. We ended up hauling out 600 truck loads of dirt to make this project work. - Rob Miller, President of RAM Pavement
RAMs President, Rob Miller, congratulated everyone and was effusive in his praise about how thrilled he was with the outcome of the project. Miller said, the property is now paved to the rear, making it significantly cleaner. He noted that there was minimal dust getting into the building and no more dust on their trucks and equipment, creating a cleaner environment for everyone.
There is a lot more efficiency. The lot is cleaner and we have about 45 parking stalls where we didnt have those before. Everyone has a safe parking environment, the parking lot is very well lit and we also now have two new gate operators and all new landscaping throughout the property. - Rob Miller, President of RAM Pavement.
This remodel was pegged as a huge success and the RAM team couldnt be prouder. Each job, whether for themselves or their clients, is always done right the first time. When you are ready to start your next paving project, call The Carolinas #1 Choice for Paved Asset Management!
