Marcolla Realty Opens its Doors at Grand Opening Event in Newtown, Pa

NEWTOWN, Pa. (PRWEB) May 02, 2023 - Dave Marcolla, a veteran Realtor in the Newtown area with more than 20 years of sales, marketing and financial services experience, held the grand opening of his new real estate brokerage, Marcolla Realty at 444 South State Street on April 29.

Dozens of guests were in attendance, including members of the public and distinguished guests from the local government and first responder community. Attendees joined Marcolla for the ceremonial ribbon cutting for the new brokerage, followed by refreshments provided by Calm Waters Coffee, Mamie Colette's Bakery & Playa Bowls, raffles, prizes, tours, and a special check presentation to the gathered first responders.

Marcolla also unveiled details of a new program designed specifically to assist homebuyers who help the local community by serving as first responders.

Any first responder, whether theyre an EMT, police officers, firefighters, or volunteers with any of these organizations, will qualify for up to $3,000 in savings on their closing costs, said Marcolla. My uncle was a volunteer fire chief. I have seen firsthand how much these brave men and women sacrifice for our community. I proudly support our first responders, and as thanks for their tireless work in protecting our homes, I want to help them with theirs.

Marcolla has lived in and restored homes in Bucks County, PA, and Central New Jersey for more than 20 years. During his first year in real estate, Marcolla generated nearly $3 million in sales. By the close of 2022, Marcolla and the real estate group he led closed $78 million in property transactions in and around the Newtown, Bucks County area.
