LoKation Real Estate Elevates Michelle Richardson to Florida Managing Broker

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. (PRWEB) August 11, 2022 - LoKation is once again bucking the trend as many real estate companies were forced into mass layoffs in Q2 this year. In addition to new hires, LoKation made three key promotions as the company works towards rolling out its new proprietary technology stack and sets its sights on aggressive multi-state expansion and acquisition initiatives.

Michelle Richardson, formally serving as the Assisting Broker, was elevated to Managing Broker. Her day-to-day passion is providing guidance and direction to the 3,000+ Realtors who look to her for support. Michelle brings a higher level of enthusiasm for finding innovative ways to motivate and simplify a Realtors day-to-day tasks to be successful. She has over 14 years of experience and has served at the pleasure of many Realtors as a Broker Associate for large, franchised firms like Keller Williams and Remax.

Ms. Richardson's commitment to our community, agents, and industry is evident through her actions as she has been involved at various local and state-level appointments for many years. Most recently LoKation expanded into Texas and Alabama expanding their business into a total of five states. Jonathan Lickstein was elevated to the Chief Operating Officer, serving directly under its CEO Nathan Klutznick, and is responsible for overseeing the major operations in all five states. Jeremy Beard, formally the Director of Business Development, was elevated to Chief Strategy Officer and is responsible for growth initiatives in all five states and future expansion.
