Industry Veteran Bruce G. Lynch Joins Zapolski Real Estate

RALEIGH, N.C. (PRWEB) March 25, 2021 - Zapolski Real Estate (ZRE) announced that 30+ year commercial real estate industry veteran Bruce G. Lynch has a joined the bi-coastal company as Director of East Coast Property Management and Leasing, a new position created to complement his wide-ranging experience and skills.

I have known Bruce for many years now and jumped at the chance to have him join our company in a leadership role, said Todd Zapolski, founder and managing member of ZRE. As our portfolio continues to grow in the Carolinas and California, his extensive experience across all facets of real estate investment, leasing and management brings essential value to our business, focusing on our East Coast operations.

Since joining ZREs Raleigh, N.C. office as director in October, 2020, Bruce is responsible for oversight of the companys East Coast portfolio of office, retail and mixed-use properties. Given his deep market knowledge, he also assists the team nationally to help identify additional assets for investment and development.

Prior to joining ZRE, Bruce worked in investment sales at the national brokerage firm of Marcus & Millichap in the firms Raleigh office for four years. Before his investment sales work, he founded Rosamund Property Consultants, an independent real estate management and leasing firm he led for 25 years, based in Raleigh growing to eight employees and handling properties throughout North Carolina and Virginia.

Todd and I have known each other and transacted business together over many years. When I learned Todd was looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the East Coast portfolio, I thought my real estate experience lined up perfectly with what the company needed, and I was excited to join the ZRE Team. Bruce holds an MBA in Finance from George Washington University and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors and the Crabtree Rotary Club.
