She and her family first moved to the Anchor community in The Moorings in 1983. Marsha was Rental Manager from 1996 through 2001, and was promoted to Broker in 2002. Early on, Marsha became involved with The Moorings Yacht and Country Club and was their first social director and water aerobics instructor. Marshas three daughters graduated from neighboring St. Edwards School, where Marsha was also very involved.

Marshas twenty years at The Moorings Realty Sales Company have given her a unique prospective for selling in The Moorings community. Marsha believes The Moorings is more than a location, its the people, the club, beach and waterways that define this wonderfully unique lifestyle Elegant and sophisticated yet casual and friendly.

Marsha currently lives in The River Mews townhome and villa community. She is an active member of The Moorings Yacht and Country Club and serves on the Membership Committee.
