The development will be a 295-apartment home Class A community with 1,333 SF of ground floor retail and a 338-space podium parking garage. It will consist of a single 42-story high-rise tower on 0.80 acres located on the corner of SE 3rd Ave & North New River Drive East in downtown Fort Lauderdale, adjacent to the New River.
