Gables Residential Breaks Ground on New Development in Fort Lauderdale, FL

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (PRWEB) December 07, 2021 - Gables Residential, a national leader in the management and development of multifamily apartment communities, has broken ground on one of its newest developments in the downtown Las Olas area.

The development will be a 295-apartment home Class A community with 1,333 SF of ground floor retail and a 338-space podium parking garage. It will consist of a single 42-story high-rise tower on 0.80 acres located on the corner of SE 3rd Ave & North New River Drive East in downtown Fort Lauderdale, adjacent to the New River. The Gables community will offer three floors of amenities that will include offerings such as an elevated lounge on the 16th level and a sky lounge on the 44th level.
