(PRWEB) November 16, 2021 - Engel & Vlkers Florida, the master franchisor for the Engel & Vlkers brand in the state of Florida, celebrated the official opening of one of its newest franchises with a grand opening gala event on Thursday, October 21, 2021. The boutique real estate shop, Engel & Vlkers St. Augustine is located at 6401 A1A South. More than 150 guests attended the grand opening for the official ribbon cutting ceremony and reception, including shop advisors, staff, friends, customers, business owners, event partners, and executives from Engel & Vlkers Florida.

On the exterior, Engel & Vlkers St. Augustine resembles a castle, but its interior exhibits the same modern design shared by our unique network of high-end real estate shops around the world, said Jennifer Bryndal, License Partner of Engel & Vlkers St. Augustine. Event highlights included catering by Michael's St. Augustine and Sunset Grille; craft cocktails, including a brand-specific Hamburg Mule, by the Ice Plant; live portraits by renowned local fine artist, Jenna Alexander; $1,500 worth of raffle items by Blue Water Jewelers and The Surf Station; cupcakes by Sweet City Cupcakes; festive balloons by Celebrations; flowers by Feather + Bloom, and live music by Michael Mangaroo and Denis Vasenin. Jacksonville Jaguars Defensive Lineman and Engel & Vlkers St. Augustine's client, Dawuane Smoot had planned to attend the event but, instead, heroically, and unexpectedly, stayed home to deliver his newborn daughter, Ahlani Moon Smoot.
