Engel & Vlkers Florida Reports Successful First Quarter in 2021

NAPLES, Fla. (PRWEB) April 15, 2021 - Engel & Vlkers Florida today announced its first quarter of 2021 report. The company has seen significant year-over-year increases, a steady stream of transactions at all price points, increased its sales volume, grown advisor count through talent attraction, and is continuing with major franchise expansion.

What is required to rapidly grow an agent's real estate business has dramatically changed over the past year, said Peter Giese, Chief Growth Officer at Engel & Vlkers Florida. We project this level of growth to continue, as we have doubled our sales volume in the past 12 months to now exceed $3-billion annually in the state of Florida.

In the first quarter of 2021, Engel & Vlkers Florida reported 1,424 transactions across its 37 shops; a 68-percent increase from deals seen in quarter one of 2020. The sales totaled a volume of $742,868,687; an 112-percent year-over-year increase.

A 93-percent increase in advisor growth was observed, with 111 professionals changing their brokerage affiliation to join Engel & Vlkers shops throughout the state of Florida. Engel & Vlkers Florida now accounts for 5-percent of the company's global network of 13,733 advisors.

Engel & Vlkers Florida expanded their reach to include five new shops in premium first and second home markets throughout the state. The new shops will be located in Hollywood Beach, Neptune Beach, Orlando, Sarasota and Venice Downtown. Engel & Vlkers Neptune Beach was a result of License Partner, Corey Hasting expanding his regional territory in northeast Florida. Engel & Vlkers Orlando was secured by Ahmed Elbatrawy, a former top producing agent with Coldwell Banker; together with Managing Broker, Eric Bolves, they will soon open their doors at 2049 W Central Blvd. in Orlando.
