Eighteen Capital Group Hires Erin Waters as Regional Vice President

LEAWOOD, Kan. (PRWEB) May 02, 2023 - Eighteen Capital Group (18CG), a private equity firm and family office focusing on real estate based in Kansas City, has hired Erin Waters as its new Regional Vice President. In her new role, Waters will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Eighteen Capital Groups portfolio of multi-family housing communities in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Missouri.

Eighteen Capital Group is paving the way for the multi-family real estate industry, and I am so excited to join this accomplished team, said Waters. I am looking forward to building our portfolio in the Southeast region and helping families find the right home in our communities.

In her new role as Regional Vice President, Waters will be responsible for the financial and business strategies relating to Eighteen Capital Groups portfolio of properties in four states. She will also oversee maintenance, asset management, human resources, and marketing functions for those properties. Waters is also responsible for planning and directing budgets in the region.

Originally from Virginia and now based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Erin Waters began her career in real estate in 2000 as a property manager. Over the next 23 years, Waters began supervising larger portfolios, serving as Property and Regional Manager for three property management companies in Charlotte. She is also credited as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) by the National Apartment Association, the leading voice for the rental housing industry.
