Drucker + Falks April Lam Receives TOPS Award from the Triangle Apartment Association Event

RALEIGH, N.C. (PRWEB) December 14, 2022 - DF Multifamily, a division of Drucker + Falk (DF), one of the nations most prominent multifamily management companies, was recently honored with several nominations and one winner of the Triangle Outstanding Performance Stars (TOPS) Awards by the Triangle Apartment Association (TAA). The TAA, a local affiliate of the Apartment Association of North Carolina and the National Apartment Association, announced the award winners during the TOPS Awards ceremony on December 1st, 2022.

The TOPS Awards were created to recognize the industrys top performers in the Triangle area of North Carolina. This formal event allows the organization to honor both the nominees and recipients of these most prestigious awards. Candidates are nominated by their peers and judged anonymously based on criteria related to the actual nominated category, interviews, property inspections, phone and in-person shops, association involvement, professional achievements and industry related credentials & certifications. Drucker + Falk, once again received several nominations spanning five categories.

Three DF Multifamily team members were nominated for the highly sought after Property Manager of the Year Award, with April Lam Property Manager of Wood Creek Townhomes and Apartments, taking home the win.

DF went on to receive additional nominations in four other categories, including Most Valuable Person (MVP) of the Year, Assistant Property Manager of the Year, Rookie On-Site Professional of the Year, and Best Curb Appeal.
