COLUMBUS, Ohio (PRWEB) February 24, 2022 - The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) recently announced the 2021 Best in American Living Award (BALA) winners at the International Builders' Show, naming The Nicholas, an Edwards Urban Community professionally managed by Drucker + Falk, among the year's best.

The Nicholas, offering 230 luxury apartment homes, took home Platinum for the Best Multifamily Development Four to Seven Stories - for Rent, as well as Best in Region - Midwest. KEPHART, the architectural firm; Urban Five the builder; MKSK the communitys Landscape Architect / Designer; and Studio 4D the Interior Designer created a multifamily community that has been long-praised by its residents and now recognized nationally by reputable organizations like BALA.
