IRVINE, Calif. (PRWEB) August 31, 2021 - Nearly 200 guests danced and dined under the stars at the Summer Soiree Glamping for a Cause fundraiser held on Thursday, August 5 at Strawberry Farms Golf Club in Irvine. This signature event hosted by Commercial Real Estate Women of Orange County (CREW) also featured SMITH Country Band, a six-piece pop country music group from Southern California. The event was emceed by Eric Paulsen from Kidder Matthews and included live and silent auctions and an opportunity drawing.
Several local companies participated as sponsors including Ranscapes, CCS, Able Services, SERVPRO of Tustin, Great Scott Tree Care, Concrete West Construction, Wright Finlay Zak LLP, BluSky, DPR Construction and Relocation Strategies. The in-kind media sponsors were Paul Gnasso of Parking Concepts providing the on-site photography and Connect Media, a full service communications company that created the video.
The proceeds will benefit CREW Orange County and WISEPlace, the only Orange County-based nonprofit leading the effort to end homelessness for unaccompanied women. According to CREW Orange County President Nicole Morse, this event surpassed the previous one in 2019 by attendance and fundraising.
CREW Orange County is a local chapter of the CREW Network and has been serving Orange County real estate professionals since 1988. The Chapter recently celebrated its 30-year anniversary. CREW Orange County is a non-profit organization established to advance the success of women in commercial real estate through networking, education, leadership development and philanthropic involvement.
