FREDERICK, Md. (PRWEB) June 10, 2022 - State and local officials congratulated the leadership and employees of Clagett Enterprises, LLC, the Frederick-based, full service commercial and residential real estate company, on the occasion of its 35th business anniversary at a recent May event.
Galen Clagett, a native of Frederick County, a former Frederick County Commissioner and former member of the Maryland House of Delegates, established Clagett Enterprises in 1987, specializing in commercial real estate consulting, development, sales, leasing and management. Over time, he expanded the company to include residential property management, and condo and Homeowner Association (HOA) management. Clagett Enterprises currently oversees the management of 247 rental properties and 217 Community Associations in Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
In April 2022, following 35 years as organizational head, Galen Clagett, transferred the role of CEO to his son, Thomas Clagett, who also serves as company president. Thomas has been associated with Clagett Enterprises since 2001. Galen Clagett will continue to serve as the organizations Chairman of the Board.
