After spending more than a decade as a top real estate sales professional and managing broker, Whritenour established Living Realty as an independent brokerage in 2014. As principal broker, Whritenour built his firm on a relational business model, where the relationship and service level continue long past the closing of the transaction. With eight years of experience growing and developing this team of agents, Whritenour returns his primary focus to serving clients real estate needs alongside Botha. The Living Realty Group will continue to serve Loudoun County residents in the purchase and sale of residential homes as trusted guides and community members.
