ALEXANDRIA, Va. (PRWEB) January 11, 2022 - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty, one of the countrys fastest-growing real estate brokerages, is pleased to announce the appointment of Shawn Guzzo as senior vice president of the companys western region hub in the Mid-Atlantic.

In her new role, Guzzo will be responsible for the growth and development of the companys western region hub. She will be headquartered in the companys branch office in Winchester, Va.

An 18-year industry veteran, Guzzos real estate experience is deep and diverse, including stints in human resources, sales, operations, and management. As part of her commitment to serving the needs of the industry and community, Guzzo has also devoted time and energy to various volunteer efforts. She is a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS Womens Council and is a former member of the American Heart Associations executive leadership team where she was a past recipient of their Unsung Hero award.
