Arruda Real Estate Merges With William Pitt Sothebys International Realty

MYSTIC, Conn. (PRWEB) October 05, 2021 - William Pitt Sothebys International Realty today announced that the firm has expanded its reach in New London County in a merge with local real estate boutique firm Arruda Real Estate. Jon Arruda and 13 more Arruda sales associates, as well as four additional agents for a total of 18 agents, will now work with William Pitt Sothebys International Realty in Mystic, operating out of Arrudas former offices at 41 Williams Avenue.

The company will host a special grand opening celebratory event at the new brokerage location on October 7, 2021. Agents will have the opportunity to mingle and network with the companys senior leadership as well as members of the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce and local dignitaries who will also be in attendance.

William Pitt Sothebys International Realty said the merger was part of a larger strategic move to grow its presence in New London County and along the Connecticut Shoreline. In May, the firm opened a new highly visible office location in Niantic. The Mystic brokerage now joins the firms Niantic and Old Lyme brokerages to become its third New London County location, and its 27th brokerage overall.

William Pitt Sothebys International Realty is now the No. 1 luxury real estate brand in New London County according to SmartMLS, with top brokerage market share for all residential property sales over $600,000 in the last 12 months.

The Mystic brokerage manager will be Heather Gagnon, who also serves as the manager for the companys Old Lyme and Niantic brokerages.
