Alliant Capital Partners Announces Build-for-Rent (BFR) Investment

DESTIN, Fla. (PRWEB) April 07, 2022 - Alliant Capital Partners, LLC, a real estate private equity firm, announced it has closed on an investment in a Build-For-Rent project (BFR). The project, planned to break ground in April for completion in 2023, is a community of 205 horizontal apartment units. It is located at Highway 21 and Saussy Road in Port Wentworth, Georgia, a few miles from downtown Savannah.

Savannah is experiencing significant population growth, and Port Wentworths population growth is twice the rate of the rest of the state. The Savannah BFR project will feature a mixture of 1- and 2-bedroom townhome units and 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom ranch-style units, including garages, situated on more than 23 acres of land. Spacious units will feature large floor plans, unique design elements, and Class A finishes. On-site management and community events will create a traditional neighborhood feel without the constraints that come with homeownership.
