In this role, Jennifer will support Smiths five Trading offices in the Americas region and work alongside her counterparts in EMEA and APAC to cohesively manage Smiths multinational network of suppliers and customers. She will focus on further developing the companys highly trained workforce and capitalize on its learning-management system to strengthen Smiths agility as the industry moves into the next demand cycle.

Jennifer joined Smith in 1994 as an International Account Representative. During her tenure, she has held numerous leadership positions, including her most recent role as Director of Global Sales, which she has held since 2021. Jennifer was also named one of Supply & Demand Chain Executives Women in Supply Chain honorees in 2021 in recognition of her leadership and mentorship within the semiconductor industry.
