They are the 2022 recipients of the award which is given each year to a true contributor to the system. The franchisee of the year steps in to assist with franchise development and training and coaching existing franchisees, while eagerly participating in systemwide projects and providing constructive feedback for the corporate office.

The Chuck and Tina team is the obvious choice for this years Franchisee of the Year honor because they have been extremely helpful to the entire Caring Transitions family from the start of the pandemic to now, said Ray Fabik, president of Caring Transitions. Chuck and Tina started their franchise in 2018 with the goal of helping families in Central Arizona. They have six children between them and enjoying running their company as a family business.
