WASHINGTON (PRWEB) October 14, 2021 - Venture X, Arlington's modern flexible workspace hub, has announced its partnership with The Black Girl Tribe, a non-profit organization committed to empowering Black girls to reach their full potential. Venture X will welcome The Black Girl Tribe into its flexible office space located in the Arlington courthouse, contributing to the location's vision to serve as a hub of like-minded individuals focused on innovative businesses that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Through the partnership, The Black Girl Tribe will gain access to a flexible and innovative modern workspace designed to optimize productivity, social change, and collaborative cross-organization relationships. The workspace will provide The Black Girl Tribe with the needed space to continue its important work of empowering Black girls to thrive by delivering critical resources and services. The organization achieves its mission through a wide variety of programming, including conferences, literacy programs, technical training, and more.
We are so pleased to be partnering with and ensuring the success of The Black Girl Tribe, an organization committed to educating, enriching, and empowering Black girls through mentorship and life skills development, said Julie Felgar, Owner of Venture X. As a locally owned and operated flex office space, we truly value our community partners and want to play a hands-on role in supporting women-led organizations and groups that focus on equity. We look forward to continuing our relationship with TBLT and hosting many events in support of their mission.
When it comes to community partnership our motto has always been 'it takes a village to raise a TRIBE.' With this in mind, we are excited to welcome our Venture X family into our village, said Gabrielle Martinez, the founder of The Black Girl Tribe. This new space will now serve as the home base for our movement toward the betterment of Black girls. We welcome all forms of partnership, but when companies like Venture X make resources like physical space available to Black girls, that models allyship as a verb not just a moniker. We are so excited to scale up our impactful programming, like our Ujima Collective meetings and other events, in our new home and grow our brand and impact with our Venture X village.
