Traliant Appoints Ethics & Compliance Leader Maria DAvanzo as Chief Evangelist Officer

MANHATTAN BEACH, Calif, (PRWEB) July 27, 2022 - Traliant, an innovator in online compliance training, today announced that Maria DAvanzo has joined its leadership team as Chief Evangelist Officer. She brings over 15 years experience in creating ethics and compliance programs and enhancing the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity at global organizations. In this newly created position, DAvanzo will report directly to CEO John Arendes.

Maria is a recognized leader in ethics and compliance and brings deep expertise to elevate our thought leadership, amplify the voice of the customer and inspire our teams and partners to deliver greater value to our customers, industry and the marketplace, said John Arendes, Traliant CEO.

Among her responsibilities as Chief Evangelist Officer, DAvanzo will be listening to customers and communicating those conversations across the organization to ensure that Traliant is improving the customer experience at every touch point, from product vision to customer service. In addition, DAvanzo will share her insights and experiences at conferences, events and webinars and with media outlets.

Throughout her career, DAvanzo has successfully helped organizations navigate the evolution of compliance and cultivate a strong, ethical work culture. Prior to joining Traliant, she served as Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and Chief Privacy Officer for Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services. During her tenure, DAvanzo implemented an enterprise compliance and ethics program and created a global data privacy program, with a focus on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Prior, she served as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for AIG Asset Management, where she led a team that managed regulatory compliance matters on behalf of registered investment advisers and broker dealer entities in North America.? In previous roles, DAvanzo was Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Starwood Capital, and founding partner of DAvanzo & Morreale, a niche law firm specializing in real estate, financial and corporate transactions.?
