The Toigo Equity Matters survey is currently live; diverse professionals are encouraged to take ten minutes, amplify their voices and complete they survey before the April 21st, 11:59 pm PST.

Building a stronger culture of inclusion and increased diversity depends first on listening to the perspectives of diverse talent, then amplifying whats critical, whats missing and what strengths can be leveraged, said Nancy Sims, president of Toigo Foundation. The Equity Matters survey findings will serve as timely, focused input directly from underrepresented professionals on the current state of inclusion in the workplace. We expect the findings to reveal some foundational elements that organizations can continue to build upon.

Based on work with both employers and diverse employees, Toigo is positioned to offer a trusted viewpoint on how current practices are impacting highly sought-after talent.
