New Career Partnership: UChicago-MCC Promotes Careers In Healthcare

CHICAGO (PRWEB) September 13, 2021 - Midwestern Career College (MCC) is excited to announce our participation in the University of Chicago Medical Centers (UChicago Medicine) Preferred Partner Pathways Program.

UChicago Medicines Pathways Program exists to provide meaningful training and career development opportunities for individuals who are at the beginning of their healthcare careers.

MCCs Medical Assistant graduates will be guaranteed interviews at UChicago Medicine as part of the Program, and select grads that meet UChicago Medicines criteria will be guaranteed jobs. This partnership will contribute to preparing skilled workers to fill medical assisting job openings in Chicago.

This new relationship strengthens MCCs presence and commitment to the South Side of Chicago, and creates more opportunities for individuals who want to learn how to become Medical Assistants. MCC works with almost 175 different externship partners in Chicagoland, Wisconsin and Northwest Indiana, to ensure our students get the best professional experience possible.
