Fred McCallum Named Vice President of Client Partnerships at Slone Partners

SOUTH RIDING, Va. (PRWEB) January 17, 2023 - Slone Partners, a nationwide executive search firm for life sciences, biotechnology, and healthcare companies, has announced that Fred McCallum has been named Vice President, Client Partnerships. In his new role, McCallum will focus on developing and fostering client relationships with life sciences and healthcare companies to support new client development and search execution strategies for leaders & executives. McCallum brings deep experience across all functional areas including research and clinical development, quality and regulatory, medical affairs, business development, and corporate and commercial functions.

Before joining Slone Partners, McCallum was Chief Sales Officer at OnPoint Facility Services, a national facility management company, where he was a member of the founding executive team integral to the design and execution of the business model and strategy. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Bench International, a life sciences and healthcare executive search firm, where he was a member of the executive leadership team tasked with driving expansion of the companys brand on the East Coast. Earlier in his career, Fred served as Vice President of a boutique life sciences retained executive search firm, and began his search experience in the mid-90s with a firm focused in accounting and finance areas. His initial professional role was in accounting as an external auditor with Coopers & Lybrand (PriceWaterhouseCoopers).

Fred McCallum is a talented and driven leader with a successful track record as an external recruiting business partner with global stakeholders, said Slone Partners CEO Leslie Loveless. McCallum holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
