Building Champions Hires Martha Tween as Leadership Coach

LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. (PRWEB) June 01, 2021 - Building Champions, Inc. today announces experienced organizational development consultant and ICF certified coach, Martha Tween, joins their team as a leadership coach.

Prior to joining Building Champions in 2021, Martha was founder and Director of DO Star Systems, a consulting firm operating in Latin America and the US. She led teams to support organizations in leadership development, strategic direction and change management in the industries of banking, consumer goods, car-part manufacturing and construction. Through her Talent Acquisition processes and implementation projects, companies reduced an average of 50% turnover rates within one year across her clients organizations. Also, she worked as a Lead Instructor and Mentor Coach for ICF associate and professional coach certification levels, earning a 100% credential success rate for all coach mentees she trained.

Previously, Tween worked for Grupo Entero as the Director of Culture and Organizational Development. She staffed and developed the Human Capital departments, generating strategies that attracted and retained top talent and promoted strong values and a healthy culture. She also sat on the board of directors for a variety of firms in Guatemala City and Latin America. Tween held a consultant role with FranklinCovey in Guatemala where she grew an account from 21 to more than 2000 participants within five months. At the beginning of her career she worked as secretary to the Ambassador in the United States Embassy in Chile and at the Commercial Service at the United States Embassy in Austria, where she was recognized for outstanding contributions made in furthering trade relations between Austria and the United States of America.

Tween earned a bachelors degree in Business with minors in Finance and Marketing from University Francisco Marroquin in Guatemala and holds a masters degree in Organization Development from University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. She is certified as a PCC ICF coach, and holds many more certifications in the areas of coaching, mentoring and team training. Tween is fluent in Spanish, English and German.

As a leadership coach, Tween coaches her clients to better understand their strengths and how to best leverage them to build complementary teams. Her clients can expect to achieve goals they previously thought too difficult to reach before their coaching with Tween. She resides in San Antonio, Texas.
