Lefebvre comes to Sovos with more than 25 years of product, development and technology operations experience. Most recently, he was CTO of Fiservs payment acceptance business unit, where he led a global organization supporting the worlds largest payment card processing volumes. As CTO of Sovos, Lefebvre will lead the companys product development teams, playing a pivotal role in providing customers with scalable, reliable and secure technology solutions that help businesses solve their most challenging tax and regulatory needs.

In his new role, Venugopal will lead cloud operations and technical project management across business lines, focusing on the digitization of tax as a technology opportunity for growth and innovation.
