Corcione as Principal in the Cybersecurity & Privacy Advisory Practice. With more than 30 years of experience supporting the cyber and information security needs of clients throughout the financial services industry, Corcione will join the Harrison, New York, office. His hiring reflects the Firms ongoing growth and its efforts to enhance one of its most dynamic and constantly evolving practice areas.

Michaels wealth of experience serving clients around the globe has provided him with both the mindset and skillset necessary to appreciate the magnitude and complexity of todays cybersecurity and privacy challenges. He will play a key role in helping us further expand our cybersecurity and privacy services into the Financial Services sector, said Thomas DeMayo, Principal-in-Charge of the Firms Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice. His insights and perspectives will prove invaluable as we continue crafting tailored, holistic solutions designed to ensure our clients system, network and data resources reflect the highest levels of protection and security.

Corcione has advised the leadership teams of various companies on cyber and information security, business risks and threats, technology, and privacy management and mitigation strategies. His most recent position involved serving as Partner and Global Cybersecurity & Privacy Leader of an international consulting, risk mitigation and dispute resolution firm. Earlier in his career, Corcione consulted on global regulatory compliance and enforcement matters, corporate initiatives, and risk management and remediation related to cyber and information security and privacy. He also led the development and delivery of virtual chief information security officer (vCISO) services.

Corcione is a visible and active leader in the cybersecurity industry. Corcione is a graduate of Pace University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems. He is a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Accreditation Body (CMMC-AB) Registered Practitioner (RP).
