Gandy, a former Army Acquisition Leader, brings extensive expertise in engineering, product development, and the U.S Department of Defense (DoD) supply chain that will benefit JAKTOOL clients and the U.S. Armed Forces.

In addition to nearly 20 years of experience as a team lead, project manager, statistician, project officer, and engineer, Chris has masters degrees in applied statistics and mechanical engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, NJ and Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ, respectively. His ability to challenge assumptions and overcome bureaucracy to solve real-world problems will be an enormous asset to JAKTOOL partners.
