Cochran & Mann Names Lisa Palmer as Their New Chief Estimator

FREDERICK, Md. (PRWEB) November 03, 2022 - Cochran & Mann is proud to announce the promotion of Lisa Palmer as our new Chief Estimator.

We are so happy to extend this promotion to Lisa, said Mike Cochran, president of Cochran & Mann, shes been with the company for over two decades and has shown nothing short of exceptional work ethic, attitude, and results. We know she will advance our sales team with this new challenging position.

Lisa has served as the companys senior estimator since 1998. She has leveraged her vast knowledge of architectural coatings and wallcoverings, keen attention to detail, and knowledge of construction contracts to develop complete and accurate bid proposals for our clients. Before joining the Cochran & Mann team, Lisa gained valuable experience with Glen Construction Company, where she developed her expertise in construction document review, scheduling and contract language.

Ive been a part of the Cochran & Mann family for so long, and even though its a role that is part of my career, it still feels like a family. A family of professionals who aim for great craftsmanship and quality work. Im excited to step into this new role and to continue to work and grow with this great group of people who put forth their best efforts every day and motivate me to do the same.

Lisa graduated with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from West Virginia University. During her spare time, Lisa loves cooking, volunteering, spending time with her family, and watching the Washington Nationals.
